Natural tone samples — the example responses you write in the Your Tone section, which are used to train the AI to match your writing style
Reward menu data — the reward names and descriptions you add to your reward menu
Review text — customer reviews you paste into the Review Generator
Contact messages — if you contact us through the in-app contact form, we receive your message and email address
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you use ReviewSort, we may automatically collect:
IP address — collected by our hosting provider Vercel as part of normal web server operation
Device information — browser type, operating system, and device type
Usage data — pages visited and features used within the app
Authentication cookies — session cookies used to keep you signed in via Supabase
3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Service — your business details, natural tone samples, and review text are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate personalized review responses
To authenticate you — your Google account information is used to create and manage your ReviewSort account via Supabase
To process payments — your billing information is handled by Stripe to manage your subscription
To respond to your messages — if you contact us through the contact form, we use your email and message to respond to you
To maintain and improve the Service — usage data and technical information help us keep ReviewSort running and identify issues

We share your information only with the following third-party service providers who help us operate ReviewSort:
Supabase
Purpose: Database storage and user authentication
Data shared: Your Google account information, business details, natural tone samples, reward menu data, and generated response history
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:
Account data — retained until you delete your account
Business details, natural tone, and reward menu — retained until you delete them or delete your account
Review text — review text you paste is sent to Anthropic for processing and is not stored permanently in ReviewSort after the response is generated
Contact messages — retained for a reasonable period to allow us to respond and maintain records
Payment records — Stripe retains billing records in accordance with their own data retention policies and applicable law
When you delete your account, all data stored in our Supabase database is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
6. Cookies
ReviewSort uses the following cookies:
Authentication cookies — set by Supabase to maintain your signed-in session. These are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

Access to our database and infrastructure is restricted and protected
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access — you can view your business details, natural tone, and reward menu at any time within the app
Correction — you can update your business details, natural tone, and reward menu at any time within the app
Deletion — you can delete individual rewards, tone samples, or your entire account at any time. Account deletion permanently erases all your data from our database
Portability — you can copy any of your data directly from the app at any time
Opt out — you may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time

9. Children's Privacy
