Copy and manually post responses to review platforms
ReviewSort does not post responses on your behalf. All responses are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated by the Service.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
All responses generated by ReviewSort are produced by an artificial intelligence system (Anthropic Claude) and are suggestions only
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate language
You must review every generated response before posting it publicly
ReviewSort does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any generated response
You are solely responsible for any content you post publicly, regardless of whether it was generated by the Service
Posting AI-generated content without review is done entirely at your own risk
4. Platform Policy Compliance
You acknowledge that third-party review platforms including Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, and others have their own Terms of Service governing review responses. You agree that:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your responses comply with the terms of any platform on which you post them
ReviewSort makes no representations about the compliance of generated responses with any third-party platform’s policies
You will not use ReviewSort to post fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or violate any platform’s guidelines
ReviewSort is not liable for any account suspension, penalty, or action taken against you by any third-party platform
5. Reward Disclaimer
The reward and incentive features within ReviewSort are tools to help you craft responses. You acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for honoring any rewards or incentives included in your responses
ReviewSort does not manage, track, or fulfill any rewards offered to customers
Offering rewards in exchange for reviews may violate the policies of certain review platforms — you are responsible for understanding and complying with those policies
6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use ReviewSort only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:
Generate or post fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or responses
Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or business
Impersonate any person or entity
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
Use the Service to generate spam or unsolicited content
Misuse the AI system by attempting to bypass its intended function
Upload or input content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, or violates third-party rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation of these terms.
7. Subscription and Billing
Monthly Plan: $29.00 per month, billed monthly
Annual Plan: $299.00 per year, billed annually
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize ReviewSort to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of your paid period.
No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-period, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to recharge your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any of the following reasons:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Non-payment of subscription fees
Any behavior that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data including your business details, natural tone, and reward menu will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account.
9. Intellectual Property
Our Property: The ReviewSort name, logo, interface, software, AI prompt architecture, and all associated content are the exclusive property of ReviewSort and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service, including your business name, tone samples, reward menu, and review text. By using the Service, you grant ReviewSort a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
AI Output: Generated responses are produced based on your inputs. You own the generated output and may use it freely, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party platform policies.
10. User-Generated Content
Any content you input into ReviewSort — including business details, tone samples, reward descriptions, and review text — is your responsibility. You represent and warrant that:
You have the right to submit any content you input
Your content does not violate any third-party rights including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
Your content does not contain false, misleading, or defamatory information
11. Privacy
Your use of ReviewSort is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-Party Services
ReviewSort uses the following third-party services to operate:
Supabase — database and authentication
Anthropic — AI response generation
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — email delivery
Vercel — hosting
Google OAuth — authentication
Your use of ReviewSort is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. ReviewSort is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewSort disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:
Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Warranties regarding the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
Warranties that the Service will meet your business requirements
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReviewSort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Damages resulting from AI-generated content you posted publicly
Damages resulting from third-party platform policy violations
Loss of business, revenue, or reputation
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ReviewSort in the three months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReviewSort and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Any content you post publicly using AI-generated responses
Your violation of any third-party platform’s terms of service
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Jersey under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ReviewSort.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
